Every tour of the Marais is outdoors, and none has a roof over the route. Rain costs you the comfort of a walk, and heat costs you the energy for a long one. Match the month to the Le Marais tours you want before you book.
The weather rarely cancels a walk. The Babylon walks and the Blue Bike ride say they run in all weather, and Fat Tire sells ponchos for €2 and rain jackets for €5 at its office. A wet day changes what you wear, not whether you go.
What it changes is the walk itself. A history walk is ninety minutes to four hours on your feet in the open. A food walk ducks inside at every stop, so it is the better booking on a cold or wet day. Summer heat is the harder problem: a three-hour walk at 26 °C, on stone, with little shade in the lanes.

Late spring and early autumn are the easy answer. From May to June and in September, highs sit between 20 and 24 °C, and the evenings are long enough to eat outside after your walk. September is drier than May and has fewer rain days.
Summer is warm and sunny. July has 222 hours of sunshine, the most of the year, and five days of 30 °C or more on average. Winter is cold rather than severe, with highs near 8 °C, the most rain days, and the fewest hours of sun.
The rain is spread through the year. Paris takes 634 mm in a year, and no month has fewer than seven rain days. See when to visit for the days of the week, which matter more here than the season.
In summer, walk in the morning. The gardens open at 8:00 on weekdays on the city's September hours, and the courtyards are quiet before the shops open. By the middle of a July afternoon, the heat makes a three-hour walk hard.
In winter, walk in the middle of the day. The light is short, and a food walk that starts late morning keeps you warm through lunch.
